This is a recommendation of the Red Cross worldwide: Ambulances and emergency medical services have realized that in accidents, often wounded carry a cell phone. However, when action not know who to contact in the long list of numbers. Therefore, we suggest to all, we add to our agenda the mobile phone number of the person to contact in case of emergency, under the name 'AA Emergency' (the letters AA is to always appear as first contact in the list.) It's simple, costs nothing and could get us out of some trouble.
